In his position as the founding member and owner of Cooper Capital Specialty Salvage, LLC, Ronald F. Milardo is tasked with the oversight of all aspects of operation at the marine salvage company. His leadership responsibilities range from the development of sales strategies to the recovery of thousands of unique assets. Ronald F. Milardo has led his team through recovery efforts during disasters all over the United States and contributed to the years-long recovery of the yacht Legacy, which had drifted into a Florida marine sanctuary following a hurricane.

Prior to establishing his business, Mr. Milardo studied at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island. There, he played on the varsity hockey team and graduated with a BA in political science.

Ronald Milardo enjoys leading an active lifestyle when he is not overseeing Cooper Capital. He continues to play ice hockey, for which he has been inducted into the Middletown Sports Hall of Fame.
